As a research principal, Kaelyn leads a team of research analysts responsible for delivering key independent insights to our clients and members, as well as developing the KNOW Identity programming. Kaelyn has authored foundational reports on a broad range of identity issues, ranging from blockchain technology to alternative credit scoring.
Prior to joining OWI, Kaelyn was a country director in the Army’s International Affairs Division at the Pentagon and coordinated Johns Hopkins’ graduate programs in Nanjing, China.

She holds an MA from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, a graduate certificate from the Hopkins-Nanjing Center, and a BA from Colgate University.
