“Bad Credit? No Credit? Big Identity Problem: The definitive primer on identity data in credit scoring” addresses one of the most easily quantifiable ways our identity data impacts our daily lives – credit scoring. Traditional scoring models have existed largely unaltered for decades, and while they still dominate the financial services landscape in many markets, these assessment methods suffer from issues of coverage, relevance, and accuracy. A new market for “alternative” credit scoring has emerged in an attempt to mitigate these issues and expand to new use cases for broader digital reputation evaluations.
